Backup Assist is a powerful, very complete and professional tool to make all types of backups, whether of CDs, DVDs, hard drives, etc.
Some of the many features of Backup Assist are: it can generate both reports on the processes of the backups done in HTML and intuitive graphs of the information saved in each backup, monitor the whole backup process, program a calendar to activate the backup on a set day at a set time, it can restore each of the backups if necessary, etc.
The backups made by Backup Assist can be done via multiple servers on a LAN, or via FTP or SFTP. Also, it lets you make backups of the whole content of your mail server. The resulting backup can be compressed and strongly encrypted so that no-one can access its content.
